AGENCY AND REVISION SERVICES

We know that time is money, therefore the revision process for entering/exiting country must be super-fast and efficient. Service is provided 24/7, every day of the year.

BUNKERING

Bunkering is available at Novi Sad and Veliko Gradište (Serbia), as well as in Vukovar (Croatia). Fuel prices are aligned with those in Vienna.

SMALL REPAIRS

We can provide quick and efficient access to certified technicians, including plumbers, electricians, divers, refrigeration specialists and more. Our agents ensure fast and hassle-free entry for service providers at border crossings where vessels are docked.

EMBARKATION / DISEMBARKATION

We organize embarkation and disembarkation of passengers and crew, including transportation to and from bus/train stations or airports, along with luggage handling.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

We offer full technical support, including arrangements for shipyards, dry docks, tugboats, urgent vessel repairsand any other required nautical assistance.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Since on-board medical visits are not permitted, our agents can organize off-site medical appointments at local clinics, including taxi transport upon request.

LAUNDRY SERVICE AND DRY CLEANING

Laundry services must be booked 24 hours prior to vessel arrival. Same-day service is available while docked in Belgrade (delivery at 09:00, redelivery at 17:00). Flexible delivery options allow pickup in one city and redelivery in another (e.g., pickup in Novi Sad, redelivery in Belgrade). Price enquiries are welcome.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Upon request, we can deliver postal stamps, souvenirs, medicines, beverages, food and more. Additional charges apply.
